To Catch a Killer

Qlik’s flagship product is widely used to solve business problems, but it’s also used to solve social problems. Qlik wanted an asset that would tell some of its best stories, including how its product tracked a serial killer in Sweden. We created a well-researched paper (interviewed the Swedish police) that showed how QlikView enabled a detective to find 58 related clues in three minutes, compared with an estimated 44 years to look at all the available evidence.
